Corbjin contributes to HMV charity calendar of ‘my inspiration’ icons

hmvU.K. entertainment retailer HMV has issued a limited edition charity calendar featuring the stars of its “my inspiration” advertising campaign. HMV hopes to raise £20,000 ($33,100) for CLIC Sargent, the children’s and young person’s cancer charity.

The calendar features the selections of David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Bono, Deborah Harry, Tom Waits, Keith Richards and other icons. The artist shots are by some of our greatest rock photographers, with the classic black and white portraits having been shot by Anton Corbijn, Dean Chalkley, Lawrence Watson and Adrian Boot among others.

The calendar comes with two different covers: a standard version highlighting all the featured artists, and a special limited edition run featuring Bob Dylan. Full artist list after the jump.

The calendar is available for those outside the UK via mail order from hmv.com.
