This song was part of an old Live 105 compilation called Noisy Neighbors. I’ve researched Emerald Transmission, and there’s nothing out there except this song. It’s from 1995 and sounds like something Hooverphonic or múm might come up with. I love the over-sequenced electronics and drenched out reverb.

Emerald Transmission was a Berkeley group. They put out two albums although only the second one has Dora Nicopoulos who sang Witness. The CDs are pretty rare, it took years of used music store and ebay scouring to get both albums.
