I spent last Sunday at the Woodsist Festival at The Henry Miller Library in Big Sur. It was super chillax, and the music was superb. My flickr friend Kirstie was there, and we sat on our butts and enjoyed music and occasionally took a shot or two. OK – maybe a few more. Maybe a thousand or so.
Traffic was a bitch, so I missed White Fence and Sun Araw. But here’s the rest for you to enjoy. Sometimes it was hard to tell which band was which, as they kept rotating players and instruments a la Broken Social Scene. It was a wonderful day in the woods. The only thing missing was a little sunshine and some vegetarian options at the taco cart.
