Playlist: Happy Father’s Day!

I was searching around my music collection trying to come up with a decent playlist of father inspired songs. I didn’t have much luck, the cheeze factor was way too high for my taste. So instead, I decided to put together a playlist of tracks both my dad and and I enjoy. Most of these songs were introduce to me by my dad when I was young. I do believe we had many of these on 8-track to listen to in our 1977 beige Audi sedan. The last two are tunes that I’ve introduced to my dad. (all mp3 links via imeem)

  1. Remember when we won the radio contest for coming up with all those songs that have something to do with dad in the title? I believe we won dinner at some french resteraunt in the city and like 4lbs of Fannie May chocolate:-)

  2. I vaguely remember this happening in Chicago; No memory that it had anything to do with dads; I do remember the wonderful meal in the city. Ah, growing old…
